Log Files

Connector logs can be downloaded via the Gear Icon at the top right corner of the RTR Resolver Viewer.

In the case you need access to Process Simulate Logs, enable Process Simulate Logs via the Tecnomatix Doctor app. Open the app and navigating to Tools -> Tecnomatix application logs... -> Enable log creation.

Process Simulate must be restarted for the changes made in Tecnomatix Doctor to take effect.
