Deprecation Policy
To foster innovation and continuously improve the quality, security, and performance of our products and services, we must periodically retire features, functionalities, and/or versions. To support this, we are establishing a standard 90-Day Deprecation Policy to provide a clear, predictable, and transparent framework for this process. Our goal is to minimize disruption by giving users ample notice and clear migration paths.
This policy applies to all publicly available features, APIs, and products provided by Realtime Robotics Inc. The deprecation period for any entity within a Realtime Robotics product will be a minimum of ninety (90) calendar days, commencing from the date of the official announcement. At the end of the 90-day period, continued availability is not guaranteed and the feature may be removed. Documentation will be updated to reflect its retired status.
Customers and developers are responsible for monitoring official communications and migrating their systems away from deprecated entities before the scheduled decommission date. For any questions regarding this policy or a specific deprecation notice, please contact our support team.
