Request An Account

Before exporting a study to Resolver, you must first set up your Resolver account.

  1. To gain access to RTR's Resolver, please Request an Account. You will need to provide a corporate email address, first name, last name, company.

  1. Once RTR creates an account for you, you will receive an email from no-reply@verificationemail.com that will contain a temporary password and a link to use to finish your account activation.

  2. Navigate back to the Resolver and use your temporary password to login. You will be prompted to create a new password.

  3. Use the newly created password to login.
