Request An Account

Before exporting a study to Resolver, you must first set up your Resolver account.

Request an account​

  1. Go to resolver.rtr.ai and select Request Account.

  2. Fill out the registration form. You will need to provide:

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Company email — a corporate address is required
    • Company name
    • Location, selected from the drop-down

    Telling us how you found us is optional.

  3. Read the Terms and Conditions, tick the box to agree, and select Request Account.

  4. Once RTR creates your account, you will receive an email from no-reply@verificationemail.com containing a temporary password.

Next steps​

Sign in with your company email and that temporary password — see Log in for the regional app addresses.

On your first sign-in you are prompted to replace the temporary password with one of your own, and then to verify your email address. Select Send Email to receive a verification code, enter the code, and select Submit. Your account is then ready to use.
