Unreachable location

Platform: Process Simulate

This sanity check verifies that all operation locations are reachable by their assigned robots. A location is unreachable if it's outside the robot's workspace or violates joint limits. The export cannot proceed until all locations are made reachable or removed from the operations.

What you can do in this dialog

Impact if you continue

Export cannot complete while any listed location stays outside the assigned robot’s reachable workspace or joint limits.


How to fix it

  1. In Path Editor, open the operation and location from the dialog for the listed robot.
  2. Jog the robot to the pose, move the target into the reachable volume, fix a wrong robot assignment, or correct base/tool mounting if the cell layout is wrong.
  3. Save the study and re-run export.
