Unsupported OLP Command
Platform: Process Simulate
An OLP command inserts or removes an external joint at the beginning or middle of the external joint list. That reorders driver indices, which Resolver does not support—each joint's driver index must stay unique and stable. Export stops until the sequence only connects or disconnects joints at the end of the list.
Dialog shown in Resolver
Robot: {robotName}Location: {locationName}Command: {olpCommand} OLP commands can only add or remove joints at the end of the external joints list
What you can do in this dialog
- Can you continue export? No
- Buttons in the popup: OK
- What happens next: The export does not continue until the issue is fixed.
- Next step: How to fix it
Impact if you continue
Export cannot complete while OLP commands reorder external joints by inserting or removing them in the middle of the chain.
How to fix it
- In Path Editor, open the robot, location, and command named in the dialog.
- Restructure OLP so external joints are connected in order and disconnected only from the end of the external joint list—avoid inserting or removing joints in the middle.
- Save the study and re-run export.
