This message appears when the system cannot communicate with the Resolver cloud server to retrieve project data. This may be due to network connectivity issues, server downtime, or authentication problems. The user can disable cloud integration in settings to proceed with local export only.

Resolver cloud cannot be reached.Check your network connection (VPN routing, firewall, corporate proxy). To continue without Cloud services:Settings → Disable "Automatically connect to the Cloud"

What you can do in this dialog

  • Can you continue export? No
  • Buttons in the popup: OK
  • What happens next: The export does not continue until the issue is fixed.
  • Next step: How to fix it

How to fix it

  1. Restore network path to the Resolver cloud (VPN, firewall, corporate proxy, DNS) until the client can reach the service again, then retry export.
  2. If you must work offline, follow the dialog: Resolver settings → disable automatic cloud connection, then use a local-only export workflow and retry export.
