RCS inactive
Platform: Process Simulate
This message appears during export when one or more robots do not have their RCS controllers active. RCS provides more accurate motion control compared to MOP. The message prompts the user to decide whether to proceed with export and calibration using MOP instead.

Robots: {robotNames}RCS inactive Continue export and calibration with MOP?
What you can do in this dialog
- Can you continue export? Depends on your choice
- Buttons in the popup: OK, Cancel
- What happens next: OK continues. Cancel stops the current export flow.
- Next step: See impact if you continue
Impact if you continue
Choosing OK lets export proceed with MOP for robots whose RCS controllers are inactive. Calibration with MOP differs greatly from calibration with RCS and does not reflect real robot behavior.
How to fix it
-
Activate RCS for each robot whose programs you want to export. In Process Simulate, open Controller Settings and set controller, motion planner, and RCS options so each of those robots reaches an active RCS connection.
