Simulation not reset

Platform: Process Simulate

This prompt appears during import of Resolver results, not during export. Process Simulate is either still playing or the playhead is not at the start. Resolver needs the cell at the initial pose so imported motion is written to the correct configuration.

What you can do in this dialog​

  • Can you continue import? Depends on your choice
  • Buttons in the popup: Yes, No
  • What happens next: Yes rewinds the simulation to the start and continues the import. No aborts the import so you can reset the cell yourself.

Impact if you continue​

Yes stops playback, returns the simulation to the start, then completes the import. No leaves the study unchanged and does not apply Resolver output until you move to start and run import again.

How to fix it​

  1. Choose Yes when you are satisfied that letting Resolver rewind Process Simulate to the start is acceptable for this import.
  2. Choose No when you must keep the current pose for inspection—then use Process Simulate’s simulation controls to go to start yourself and restart import from Resolver.
