This message means Resolver received the uploaded project but could not extract its data, for example because the export is malformed or incomplete.

How to fix it

1. Review the error message for the specific extraction failure.
2. Re-export the project from the connector and upload it again.
3. If it still fails, contact support and attach the connector export and the error message. See Report Feedback to Support.
