Validation failed to start

This message means cloud validation for the run could not start: the validation robots did not become ready before the deadline, or the ready robots' work could not be submitted. Depending on which of these happened, the dialog shows one or both of the detail lines below.

How to fix it​

  1. Retry the run.
  2. If it fails again, check whether the issue is limited to one study or affects multiple studies.
  3. Contact support and attach the run ID. See Report Feedback to Support.
