Resolver 2026.06.24 has arrived! This is an important release for users to get the full value of Resolver. Read on to learn what's new.

Resolver 2026.06.24 is enabled by our latest connectors:

  • Process Simulate Connector 1.23.1
  • Visual Components Connector 1.19.0
  • MELSOFT Gemini Connector 1.19.0

Compatibility information for supported simulation tools and versions can be found on the minimum requirements page of the Resolver documentation site. We recommend always downloading the latest version of the Resolver Connectors, regardless of the version of the simulation tool you are using.

Release Highlights​

Critical import bug fixes, expanded robot configuration support, and calibration improvements

  • IMPORTANT: Users that are on any connector version between Process Simulate 1.19.0 (April 13, 2026) and now should update to this latest connector. There are essential bug fixes on import.

Process Simulate Connector 1.23.1​

Bug fixes and UI improvements

  • NEW: Expanded robot configuration support and coordinate frame export
    • Support for previously unsupported offset RRPR slider kinematic loops.
    • Export now includes the world origin and working frame from Process Simulate.
  • Improved: Fixes for import failures
    • Improved import to reuse the original seam/spline MFG features and weld points instead of creating duplicates.
    • Improved import to resolve tool and mounted-workpiece frames from the exported TCP frame.
    • Fixed mounted workpiece frame not being set correctly on import.
    • Fixed pick and drop locations not importing correctly.
    • Fixed mounted tool frame on import.
  • Improved: Calibration improvements
    • Fixed joint errors causing dependent joints not to track.
    • Payload is now set during calibration motions, improving dynamics calibration.
    • For FANUC users, calibration now works correctly when no servo value is available for SD/ED motions.

Bug fixes and UI improvements

  • Improved: Collision rule generation and prevention of exporting objects with reserved names
    • Fixed behavior that could produce unexpected results.
    • Prevents export issues caused by objects with reserved names.
  • Improved: Import of queries now accepts both the old and new precedence constraint formats
    • Fixed an import failure caused by an unexpected query file format.
