Resolver 2026.09.21 is enabled by our latest connectors:

MELSOFT Gemini Support Ending​

Gemini Connector 1.23.0 is the last maintained version, with backwards compatibility for 60 days after this release

MELSOFT Gemini Connector 1.23.0 is the last maintained version of the Gemini connector. We will support backwards compatibility for 60 days after this release. After that date, compatibility testing will stop.

If you are using Gemini with Resolver today, contact our Support Team and we will help you plan. Process Simulate and Visual Components are not impacted.

Release Highlights​

Local exports that keep your earlier files, two-click connector updates, and faster CAD export

  • NEW: Exporting locally no longer overwrites an earlier export, and exporting an operation that uses a hidden robot now stops rather than producing a study you can't work with.
  • NEW: An Install Now button on the Process Simulate update dialog installs a new connector version in two clicks. It appears for users set up as administrators.
  • Improved: CAD export on Visual Components is up to 33% faster.

All Connectors​

Local export naming, hidden robot handling, notifications, and bulk selection

Updates in this section apply to Process Simulate, Visual Components, and MELSOFT Gemini.

  • NEW: Exporting locally no longer overwrites an existing file. The connector adds a numbered suffix instead, so your earlier exports stay where you left them.
    • Note: Cloud exports keep the name you gave them.
  • NEW: Exporting an operation that uses a hidden robot now raises an error. The export used to go through, but the operations from the hidden robot came out in a state you couldn't use in the Resolver web UI. Unhide the robot and export again.
  • Improved: Notifications now open as a sheet over the page rather than as their own route. On smaller screens there was no obvious way back out of the notifications page.
  • Improved: Bulk Clear Selection clears only the targets your filter is showing. Selections you made before applying the filter stay selected.
  • Fixed: Various minor bug fixes, minor security vulnerabilities, edge cases, and robustness issues.

Process Simulate Connector 1.27.1​

Two-click connector updates, OLP command parsing, and dynamics recalibration

  • NEW: Added an Install Now button to the update dialog, which installs a new connector version in two clicks. You must be set as an administrator at set-up for this button to appear.
  • NEW: OLP commands written without leading spaces now work, across every OLP command the connector already handles.
  • Improved: The connector recalibrates robot dynamics when the TCP or payload changes. It used to reuse cached calibration, which meant payload data didn't make it into the export.
  • Fixed: Various minor bug fixes.
